Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. By placing an order you are confirming that you are at least 18 YEARS OLD if purchasing age restricted goods. (See product pages for age details)
We accept credit card payment using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo and JCB. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information and order via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Most orders are sent by carrier for delivery within 48 hours. Every effort is made to deliver on time but local circumstances may cause a short delay on rare occasions. Parcels will need to be signed for so please make sure someone will be available at the delivery address or point the carrier to a neighbour.
Extra time should be allowed for delivery to Scottish Highland regions and offshore islands. Small, light packages may be sent by first class post at our discretion and carriage cost will be adjusted as appropriate.
Delivery Schedule
Orders for 'in stock' items are normally despatched within 24-hours. All other orders are usually sent within five working days (subject to product availability)
Back Orders
If an item is not available within a few days, we can back order for you. You will always be contacted to ask if you wish to wait for your order to become available before we do this
